    Right now their support is useless. No contact whatsoever and it seems they are not on any social media. I got stocked somewhere. I mistakenly clicked "transfer" instead of "new" while I was trying to get a new website from them. I have sent them a message for the order to be changed to new since 16-10-2017. But till this moment, I have not heard even a single word from them. They are terrible to me. And it seems once you sign up with your credit card, it gets stocked there cos there is no option for you to remove it, cancel your account or change anything. what this means is that at the end of the month I'll be charged for a service i did not even use. this is pure robbery.

      I have exactly the same complaint, there is no means of contacting them, all they are concerned about is removing their money at the end of the month. I've been trying to suspend the account since I've not been using it but there is no means of doing that. Now they've removed money for another month again.

      Sorry for the experience sir.nyou are the first to complain about this... Have you tried resending the message again to their customer service? Maybe there was a mix-up somewhere.

    I am having the same problem ryt now, my account has been suspended since September and I renewed the September,I was charged with 10$ extra for October and now about to pay for November with extra charges, this is so painful.

    Thank you for the Great list on the different Website Hosts that are avaliable online. I did read your opening statement about online host charging a lot extra for Yearly Renewals. I also know that they can be quite sneaky when it comes to Domain Names Renewal.
