How to hide pictures and videos on your blackberry device

Introduction:
In my previous post, I wrote about how to hide your pictures and videos on your android device. I also explained the need for us to sometimes hide some of our media from friends or loved ones because they might delete them or because we don’t just want them to be seen by anyone else except us.
So, let’s just go straight away to explain how it can be done on blackberry devices.

- Open your file explorer i.e. the file app

- Locate where the video is stored. If the video was recorded with the phone, find it through this path “Media card\Blackberry\videos”

- Just highlight the video, open the menu and select “properties”. Inside this “properties” option, you will find the “hidden checkbox”. By checking the box, the video is automatically hidden.

- To see the video again, inside the explorer, open the menu and select “show all”. The hidden video will appear greyed out with grey text.

NOTE: To unhide the video, just highlight it, open the menu, select “properties” and uncheck the “hidden checkbox” and then, the video becomes visible and accessible again.
