Fix Google Playstore's Download Unsuccessful error

Introduction:
Imagine yourself trying to download an app which is 42mb in size from Google playstore with your mobile data, and when it remains like 2% for it to finish downloading,  you see "Download unsuccessful". This will be very unfortunate if it happens but it does happen. It has happened to me many times and it happens mostly whenever you're trying to update an app.
Luckily,  there are some ways to fix this error, which are;
1. Power off your android device: Turning off your android device makes all the processes return to their normal state.  It cools your device and this could help fix this error.
2. Make sure there is enough storage left on your phone: Your phone may have ran out of storage without your knowing. If you have been downloading lots of apps before, then there is a high possibility that there is not enough storage left on your device for new apps.
3. Kill apps that interfere: Sometimes, apps conflict each other which might result to Google playstore showing such errors. To stop this, just kill all other apps (ie prevent them from running in the background), then go ahead to download from playstore.
4. Clearing Cache on your Google Playstore App: This can be done by:
i. Open "settings", select "Applications".

ii. Select "Manage Applications", and tap on "All" tab.
iii. Select "Google Playstore".
iv. Select "Clear Cache" option to clear the device cache. To clear catched data completely,  you have to clear data on Google Apps, Google Hangouts, Checking services, Google Application Framework, etc.
v. After that, select "clear data" option.

Note: You will be required to sign-in again after carrying out this 4th way of fixing the error.
